樹突狀細胞生物學在發展癌症疫苗及佐劑研發的關鍵角色
We are working on other projects focused on understanding how innate immune receptors harness host immunity. Specifically, we are investigating how the signaling cascade driven by CLEC5A regulates antigen cross-presentation through signaling cascade and the metabolic changes in dendritic cells. We hypothesize that CLEC5A signaling in dendritic cells plays a crucial role in shaping the clonality and diversity of T cell. Our other project involves studying the principles of γδ+ T activation and IL-17 production. We are investigating the molecular mechanisms by establishing an in vitro γδ+ T cell expansion platform, followed by driving γδ+ T cells activation using pure cytokines or pathogen-activated dendritic cells.
